Founder & Executive Director
Trishna Monplaisir, LMSW
Trishna Monplaisir is the Founder and Executive Director of The Release Program. A Licensed Master Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and community-based programming, she created the organization to expand access to emotional wellness resources and collective care for women. Through initiatives such as WELL Circles and the Women’s Well Giving Fund, she leads the organization’s vision to support women’s well-being through community, reflection, and shared support.

Program Chair
Joanne Hyppolite, PhD
Dr. Joanne Hyppolite is a senior higher education leader and psychologist with extensive experience in enrollment management, student affairs, and institutional strategy. She currently serves as Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management at the CUNY School of Law. Dr. Hyppolite’s research explores the intersection of acculturation, racial identity, and mental health among Caribbean Black communities, and she has translated this scholarship into programs and initiatives that expand access and inclusion. She holds a B.A. in English Literature and Psychology, an M.S. in School Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University. Dr. Hyppolite brings deep expertise in program development, student engagement and mission driven leadership to The Release Program's Board of Directors.

Board Secretary
Sandra Coracelin, JD
Sandra Coracelin is a business executive and legal professional with over 25 years of experience in the title insurance and real estate services industry. She currently serves as Compliance Officer for Southeast Title Insurance & Escrow and is co-owner of Insure For Less, LLC, while also operating a Del Toro Insurance franchise. Ms. Coracelin holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Florida International University and a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. In addition to her professional leadership, she serves as a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem advocating for children in the judicial system. She brings expertise in governance, compliance, and ethical leadership to The Release Program’s Board of Directors.
