Your donation helps us create spaces where people can pause, feel supported and receive care without shame or isolation.

This is not about fixing people. It's about supporting their capacity to keep going with care.

Your gift allows The Release Program to respond to real needs as they arise. Donations may support:

Community Based emotional wellness spaces and gatherings
Access to care and supportive services.
Mutual aid informed initiatives, including emergency support for women.

We believe generosity should be met with transparency and respect. Your donation may be used where it is most needed to support the mission of The Release Program. If you would like your gift to support a specific initiative such as the Women's Well Giving Fund, you may note that when donating or visit that fund directly.

Many people are exhausted, emotionally stretched and caring for others without adequate support for themselves. The Release Program exist to interrupt that pattern. We create spaces for emotional honesty, collective care, rest that isn't earned and support that doesn't require crisis.
